//3877 completed this project in collaboration with our restaurant clients at Knead Hospitality and Design for their primary residence. After completing two restaurants with them, they entrusted our team to help re-envision this home in Delaplane Va. The home was a large California mission style home on a sweeping property with beautiful vistas. The team worked to develop a more contemporary vision by enlarging openings, both inside and outside, throughout the home. The main floor features a central courtyard flanked by large gathering spaces that include a sitting room, family room, kitchen and an entertaining room with a bar. The basement was reconfigured to include a wine cellar, a spa quality fitness experience and sauna. Lastly, the second floor includes multiple bedroom suites and a significant primary bedroom with walk-in closets and ensuite luxury bath.
