FEATURED PROJECT
Using the momentum of JBG’s revitalization of Arlington, Virginia’s National Landing neighborhood, Calco Hospitality set out to transform an existing Marriott Hotel into an AC by Marriott, revitalizing the property and appealing to new audiences. With an ultramodern concept steeped in artistic flair, the brand engaged local firm //3877 as the architect and interior designer, tackling both the exterior and interior property renovations.

FEATURED PROJECT
Established local restaurateur Noe Landini sought to create a modern yet contextual bar and lounge space in the area, bringing a new offering for dining and events to the local scene. In tackling the conversion of the first-floor of a 1790’s era warehouse to bring this dream to life, Noe tapped longtime collaborator //3877 as architect of record and interior designer for the project.
HEALTH & WELLNESS
FEATURED PROJECT
This fall, BASH Boxing brings its signature high-energy, full-body functional workouts to Carlyle Crossing, a lively, up-and-coming neighborhood in Alexandria, Virginia. BASH’s latest location marks a significant milestone for the brand as its first franchised location and once again materializes a long standing partnership with DC-based architecture and design firm //3877.

FEATURED PROJECT
The result of a collaboration between D.C.-based architecture and interior design firm, //3877 and the Property Alchemist, this new Cleveland Park residence was developed with the historic fabric of the neighborhood in mind, while still projecting a contemporary new construction style rarely seen before in that area.

Since 2020, our firm has partnered with Gallaudet University and American University to provide Interior and Architectural design services and project management support on a variety of projects, both stand-alone and phased.
