Project Description:
Residence 6704 is an addition to an existing single family home located in Chevy Chase, MD. The house sites on a newly subdivided lot with 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and 1 powder room. The goal was to keep the traditional home intact while upgrading the main living spaces for modern living.
