//3877 completed this project in collaboration with our restaurant clients at Knead Hospitality and Design for their primary residence. Our second time assisting with a complete renovation of their home. This home was completely re-imagined, with major renovations to the basement walk-out, the kitchen and primary bedroom suite. We worked to make this entire home more comfortable and stylish for our clients. We introduced a new elevator to help connect the three main floors of the house adjacent to the garage. The main floor features an expanded kitchen and family room (converted porch) with a dramatic living room, study/cocktail lounge and a guest suite. The basement was full reconfigured to include a spa quality fitness experience, family theater space with attached wine room and an expanded garage. Finally, the second floor includes three-bedroom suites and an substantial primary bedroom with two walk-in closets ensuite luxury bath.
