At BDNY 2026, //3877 reimagines the conference lounge as RELISH.
Each year, Dine & Design brings a fully functional café to the floor of Boutique Design New York, where sponsor brands become part of the experience instead of sitting on display. For 2026, the show selected Washington, DC-based //3877 to design the space. Spanning 1,400 square feet, RELISH anchors the pavilion and draws hospitality’s leading designers and owners throughout the two-day show.
The experience begins before guests step inside. Two upholstered benches flank an arched portal framed in sweeping velvet drapery, with a large three-dimensional artwork set within, offering arriving guests a place to pause before entering the buzz of the main room. Large windows dressed in angled glass louvers keep the space intimate while holding a connection to the show floor beyond.

Inside, the //3877 team looks to nostalgia rather than novelty. Banquettes and loose seating give guests multiple ways to settle in, while a vertical chessboard and an inset stone gameboard built into the booths invite moments of play throughout the day. In an industry saturated by technology, the room offers a respite from the noise, made for lingering over lunch, a crafted cocktail, a panel discussion or an impromptu conversation.
Copper and burgundy set against dark green define the palette, layered with velvet, walnut, glass and marble for a warm, tactile finish. At the back of the booth seating, a bar serving food and coffee grounds the room, while arched panels with inset fabric by Panaz add depth and texture. Overhead, a ceiling of layered wood slats with integrated lighting casts a soft, ambient glow across the space.
Sponsor brands are built directly into the design, meant to be touched and photographed rather than simply seen. As the heart of Dine & Design, RELISH places //3877 at the center of the show’s restaurant and bar conversation, giving hospitality’s designers and specifiers a firsthand look at where F&B design is headed.
