Project Description:
Momofuku CCDC draws inspiration from Washington, DC while still rooted in the design tradition of Momofuku restaurants in NYC, Sydney and Toronto.
Momofuku and Milk Bar were designed by DC architecture and design firm //3877, with support from Toronto-based The Design Agency. //3877 successfully blended key elements of Momofuku’s restaurant history with new design ideas. Clean, open spaces with carefully considered details, materials and artwork provide a complete unique experience.
Four material elements are found within the dining room: glass, white oak, concrete and steel. The main dining room features both communal tables and counter seating lining the open kitchen.
