The McChrystal Group sees themselves as scaffolding to their clients; the shore up companies adding strength through partnership and teamwork. Through this shoring, companies develop their internal relationships and processes and the scaffolding is slowly removed, ultimately revealing a solid team focused on success. The 600 sq. ft. lobby is the entry into this relationship ideal with scaffolding, illuminated panels, video monitors and imagery showing clients and potential clients the core ideals of the McChrystal Group.
