Project Description:
//3877 worked with Baywood Hotels on this new build design study for a site in college park for an approximately 114 room Homewood suites. The heavily sloped site, allowed parking to tuck beneath the building, but still have at grade access. The typical Homewood suites amenities are included on the site, including the sport court and the grilling area. The building is designed to be a 4 story wood frame structure on a concrete podium. The guestrooms and public space were designed to provide an open and vibrant feel at the street level.
