David Tracz is Partner at //3877 in Washington, DC, specializing in Hotels, Restaurants, Healthcare, Single and Multifamily residential Architecture and Design. David has a unique combination of technical understanding, innovative design sense, and budget management. David helps his clients achieve the best possible project result. He is a leader in the Hospitality Industry, and has been a past speaker at the Lodging Conference, Hospitality Design Expo, and past board member of Interior Design FutureGreen. He has been instrumental in the design and development of many of //3877’s Restaurant and Hotel projects throughout the country. He has also been a past President and held several positions on the board of the NEWH DC chapter, and is active in the DC Real Estate Group. He has become a trusted advisor to many of his clients as they work through project concept, pricing, development and construction.
